Hi there! My name is Shannon. I graduated from the Illinois Central College Massage Therapy program in 2006 and have been licensed in the state of Illinois since. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and am a certified ACE massage cupping practitioner. I have furthered my education to include classes in trigger point, deep tissue, stretching, cupping/vacuum therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and spontaneous muscle release therapy. I tend to have a naturally deeper pressure and focus more on pain management, but can still give a simple relaxing massage when requested. *Notice: As of 8/24/24 our building is going through some renovations in the coming months, therefor it is possible there may be more noise than usual.*
