Having graduated from an intensive massage therapy program in Quebec & from several massage/herbal medicine schools in Thailand, Sara offers a full-body approach to wellness. Her work blends intuitive presence with a range of techniques from Deep tissue, Thai massage, Reflexology and Acupressure. As a student in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine, Sara is intrigued by how these modalities view the body as an interconnected whole. This perspective inspires her to integrate Asian techniques and principles into her massage practice, creating holistic treatments that support balance, relaxation, and harmony.
