Sara graduated from the University of Guelph (Biological Science) in 1995. She then pursued her studies in Massage Therapy. She has been an RMT for 17 years, 14 of them at Align. Her specialities include Hot Stone, Reflexology, Craniosacral Therapy and Chinese Acupuncture. She uses acupuncture to treat depression, fertility, soft tissue issues and more. Outside of work, Sara’s passions include her pets and gardening.
