Introduced to massage in 2018, I quickly recognized my calling to help aid in easing pain in the people around me. Driven by connection, I am motivated by holding space and personalizing each session to my clients individual needs. In all the ups and downs of life, I've learned the importance of prioritizing stillness, self care, and all the tranquility in between.I received my education at The Institute of Sanative Arts in 2019, and have been practicing full time since. My most recent endeavor was a 200 hour YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) at Muskegon Yoga in 2023. The practice has enriched my knowledge of anatomy, movement, spirituality, and breathwork. I also have a long background in dance, visual arts, and garden design. It is my honor and privilege to help guide you in your healing journey.
A massage customized to your unique needs. As I charge for time, we can integrate a variety of techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Aromatherapy, Sugar Scrubs, Hot Rocks, and Hot Towels available upon request.
