Born and raised in Merritt BC, TJ completed her Bachelors of Human Kinetics at UBCO in Kelowna BC before receiving her Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2020 at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK. She holds a Certificate in Sport Physiotherapy and plans to further pursue her Diploma. She has experience working with all ages and populations including but not limited to chronic pain, acute musculoskeletal injuries, sports related injuries and ICBC/MVA injuries. TJ has experience working within the CJFL, CSSHL, BC Soccer and BC High School Sports. She was the Venue Medical Chair for the 2024 BC Summer Games and part of the physiotherapy team at the 2025 Invictus Games. TJ is also a lecturer within the RMT program at CDI College. TJ has a keen interest in sports related injuries, using evidenced based practice, pain education and active rehabilitation. She is certified in TrP-DN (IMS) via Acupuncture Canada. TJ offers services in both English and Punjabi. When she isn’t working, you can typically find TJ spending time with her family, playing a game of soccer or basketball or volunteering with youth sports.
