You can find me at Westnedge Wellness for a therapeutic massage therapy session individualized to your goals. I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. By realizing the closeness of nature and human touch, my life entered a new phase, and I found a better balance of activity, rest, healthy relationships and the advantages of natural health practices. This has all helped me grow into a more caring and considerate person, and this is the person you will meet when you come to my massage table. I look forward to every opportunity to assist folks in relaxing to the point where self healing begins. The name, "Relax & Picture This" is derived from my two-fold business. For many years, prior to and since attending Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts, I have used my talents to create original picture framing and craft projects. It still is gratifying to see the results of that work come together.
Designed to remove severe tension, therapeutic massage utilizes a variety techniques that may include using acupressure, myofascial release, and stretching. These techniques are used to relieve both muscle tension and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries, as well as provide overall relaxation.
