I have always been enamored with manual therapies. I experienced chronic pain in my 50,s and found comfort, support and relief with alternative medicines including massage. I decided that it was my turn to give relief and restoration to people from all walks of life. I thrive on helping people release their stress so they can experience improved mood and sleep patterns. I also like to work on individuals who are still participating actively in sports to restore and improve function and extend participation. I am especially gentle and purposeful with individuals who experience disabling conditions that interfere with the joy of living. I am very eclectic in my body work approach. My services include Therapeutic massage which may include deep tissue, myofascial release, gentle range of motion (ROM) and neuromuscular (trigger point) therapies. My therapeutic massage is designed to meet specific needs of the individual client. You will find me conservative with my touch but appropriately firm when required.
