Welcome! My name is Kelsey Boge and I am excited for a new journey in Massage Therapy. As a former school social worker for the last 10 years and a CrossFit trainer since 2017, I am looking forward to helping people reach their goals in all aspects of their life, whether that is in fitness, mental health, or physical well being. Through my experiences, I know that it is important to take care of all of these aspects to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I am also passionate about the environment and sustainability, which is how the name was created: Gaia is the Greek Goddess of Earth, otherwise known as Mother Earth. By choosing to name my business after Mother Earth, I have a daily reminder that every choice we make can make an impact on the environment and people we meet, even if it seems small at the time.
Custom massage for each client, Swedish, therapeutic, or deep tissue depending on goals of the client. We will work together to determine the best plan for each session to help you feel your best and reach your goals in every session.
