I love working together with my clients to bring movement, relaxation, and pain relief in a safe, peaceful setting. We will listen to the body and follow our intuitions while co-creating an interactive art piece designed specifically to heal from the inside out.
A full two hours to actually land. Swedish flow, deep tissue where you need it, myofascial work, gentle joint mobilization, and stretching woven in. You leave looser, quieter, and back in your body. Every session is shaped around what you arrive with. Fifteen minute intake followed by a two hour massage gives us the time to not rush any of it. Private studio outside Corvallis.
