Registered Physiotherapist MPT -University of British Columbia BSc Kinesiology-University of Lethbridge Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Level 1 certification Alisha has completed her Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge. She was born and raised in Calgary, AB, and has decided to call Vancouver her new home after falling in love with the beautiful landscape here! Alisha has always been interested in learning about the brain and how it can impact function. During her master’s she completed a placement at Neuromotion, where she realized her passion for treating neurological conditions. She believes in basing treatment around evidence-based care, and is an advocate for using the biopsychosocial model when approaching treatment. Outside of the clinic, Alisha spends her time going on runs, practicing yoga or at the gym. She believes in finding movement that is enjoyable and fun, and is always looking to try a new activity!
