Zhiwen Li

Zhiwen (Wen) is a Registered Massage Therapist. He is a graduate of South Edmonton School of Massage Therapy, where he completed two years of full-time training in massage therapy theory and therapeutic techniques. Wen is a passionate therapist who strives to use his knowledge and skills to help his clients. With personal experience living with chronic pain, Wen understands how pain and discomfort can affect everyday life. After experiencing the benefits of massage therapy firsthand, he was inspired to help others experiencing similar struggles. Wen is committed to providing personalized care that helps clients relieve pain, reduce stress, feel more comfortable and at ease. Wen is very knowledgeable with trigger points and PNF stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation).
