Olivia is a Registered Massage Therapist passionate about providing individualized and targeted treatments to improve the quality of life of her clients. She holds two diplomas in public service and health, and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing education in a variety of modalities such as Cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Hot Stone Massage. Her goals in treatment are to understand her clients’ physical capacities through thorough hands-on assessment and to create treatment plans that result in improved, pain free mobility. Olivia is a rugby player for Burlington Centaurs RFC in the Niagara Rugby Union Senior Women, A Division. Olivia has a diversified background in treating clients with various health concerns and treatment needs, and has treated clients in a variety of outreaches including The Ride to Conquer Cancer, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Training Camp, and community based chronic pain clinics.
Massage Therapy
Prenatal massage is for expectant mother who are looking for pain or stress relief and relaxation, all while being properly supported by additional pillows for any changing anatomy.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage for general wellness and detoxification. Olivia deals with only mild swelling and will refer any clients with medical conditions such as lymphedema, pre/post surgical swelling and cancer recovery to a nearby Combined Decongestive Therapist.
