Bump Physio & Co

Hi, I’m Ranjot! I was born and raised in Surrey, British Columbia. I completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University before moving to Australia to earn my Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Sydney (USYD). During my training at USYD, I gained diverse clinical experience across musculoskeletal, neurological, pediatric, and pelvic health physiotherapy in both hospital and community settings. It was during my pelvic health placement that I discovered my passion for supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I also worked with individuals experiencing urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and perineal tears. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum, support pelvic floor health, and build confidence and strength at every stage of life. I take a holistic and inclusive approach to care, considering each person’s unique goals, lifestyle, and lived experiences. My aim is to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and confident in their care. I am committed to staying up to date with the latest research and continuing education to provide the highest quality care. I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Pelvic Health training through Pelvic Health Solutions and look forward to expanding my skill set through additional training in breast health and clinical Pilates. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, and finding new ways to support my own health and well-being. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey at Bump Physio & Co.
