Dr. Meghan Blankenship has set her mission to improve the health and wellness of women and children through chiropractic care by aligning their spines and improving the mind-body connection. Dr. Meghan also promotes healthy living through an understanding of how different nutritional choices can affect the body and through the use of essential oils. Dr. Meghan began her chiropractic journey after exploring many different healthcare pathways. She has always been interested in alternative medicine and also very passionate about working with children. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, Dr. Meghan worked with adults with disabilities while she researched career options. During this research, she stumbled upon chiropractic and realized the options that are available through chiropractic. She also knew that her grandmother had been helped immensely in the past by chiropractic care when conventional medicine could not. This is when she realized that her true calling was to become a chiropractor. Dr. Meghan grew up in Idabel, Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, where she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in biological sciences. She then graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, Kansas in August 2015. Dr. Meghan has completed 200 hours of post-graduate training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) from which she is certified in Webster Technique and eligible for Certification from the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatric (CACCP). Dr. Meghan currently lives in Royse City with her husband, Kaleb, and children Ava, Sadie and Asher.
