I am a nationally board certified massage therapist in the state of New Hampshire. I have a strong passion of helping others and helping them live life to the fullest. To do this I offer a variety of massages including; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone ,and Myofascial Release to help my clients live a more blissful life. I want to help reduce anxiety and pain so that you can enjoy life's moments. I strongly believe in whole health and wellness in all areas of life. I encourage my clients to integrate massage into their health and fitness goals to achieve balance and harmony.
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Specially-designed cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
