Parkway Physiotherapy Sooke
6726 West Coast Road , Unit 3, Sooke, BC, V9Z 1H5
I was born in Trail, BC in the Kootenays. Growing up I’ve always been active, whether it was team sports, dancing or skiing. I struggled to figure out what I wanted to do in school switching my degree multiple times. My love of exercise was always a constant passion so eventually it led me to kinesiology. I’ve been in Victoria from 2018 to 2022 completing my kinesiology degree. I graduated from Camosun College after completing my 300 hr co-op placement at Parkway Physiotherapy in Happy Valley, before getting offered a kinesiologist position at our Sooke location. I’m excited to bring strength and conditioning to the Sookies. I like to approach my clients’ treatment with attention to their main goals, while educating on the importance of exercise technique and how our work in the gym can translate to their everyday life. Every time I teach a client how to properly deadlift or “lift something off the ground” and they have that mind to muscle connection, I get so excited. I find so much empowerment mentally and physically from strength training and I love to share that with my clients. When I’m not at work you can find me hanging in Victoria, walking along the ocean, drinking coffee at a cafe or in the gym!
This service is for new clients or returning clients who require a new assessment of their condition.
