Kavneet is a Manual Osteopath with a strong focus on treating chronic pain from musculoskeletal conditions, visceral therapy, and cranial osteopathy. She specializes in manual therapy mobilization and muscle energy techniques, offering individualized and holistic care. Kavneet completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2009 and her Master’s in 2012, both abroad. She spent six years working in a hospital setting in India and has experience in a variety of healthcare environments, from multidisciplinary clinics to geriatric care. After relocating to Canada, she earned her Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practice (DOMP), combining her international physiotherapy training with osteopathic principles to create a well-rounded approach to treatment. She has experience working with clients of all ages—infants, children, adults, seniors, and athletes—and offers prenatal and postnatal support. Kavneet’s approach is both holistic and specific, addressing complex conditions as well as acute issues, and she frequently prescribes targeted home exercises to reinforce clinical results and encourage self-care. In addition to her clinical work, Kavneet is deeply committed to children’s aid initiatives and travels annually to provide volunteer osteopathic care. Outside the clinic, she enjoys meditation retreats, crafts classes, and continuing education in alternative medicine.
