Dr. Shamei chose the University of Western States (UWS) in Portland, a hub for advanced health sciences education, to continue his pursuits and earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, a Masters in Sports Medicine, and a Doctorate in Chiropractic, graduating with the highest honours. This period was characterized by intensive clinical patient care experience and hands-on sports medicine practice, including providing on-field care at local sporting events such as wrestling, football, and basketball tournaments.
