Dr. Stefan Di Conza began his healthcare career graduating from Sheridan College as a certified athletic therapist. During his studies, he gained practical experience through various internships, working with the University of Toronto’s varsity teams as well as the Toronto FC Academy. Inspired to further his education, he attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Stefan uses an evidence-based approach in his practice, aiming to address the root cause of pain. His treatment approach includes a combination of education, manual therapy (i.e., soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, and adjustments), exercise prescription, and medical referrals when necessary. His goal is to help patients return to their usual activities, whether that’s playing competitive sports or being able to play with their children, and everything in between. In addition to his medical qualifications, Dr. Stefan was a former semi-professional soccer player in the Canadian Soccer League and League One Ontario. Dr. Stefan currently enjoys providing medical sideline coverage for sports and actively competes in powerlifting.
