Kathy has always been passionate about helping others achieve their goals. With a keen interest in the anatomy and physiology of the human body, she graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then went on to further her studies and obtained her Registered Massage Therapy diploma at Vancouver Career College. She believes in the importance of how manual therapy can help with injury prevention, rehabilitation, stress reduction, and overall wellness. She has experience in working with patients of all ages, dealing with injuries, arthritis, chronic headaches, lower back and neck pain, overuse injuries, and stress management. Her treatments incorporate a variety of modalities including Swedish, therapeutic stretching, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, and trigger point release techniques. Outside of her practice, you can expect to find Kathy going for long walks, travelling the world, and trying out the newest bubble tea shops around the city.
