Kayla completed her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan. She understands that pelvic health concerns can feel personal and sometimes difficult to talk about, and she strives to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and at ease throughout their care. Kayla takes an individualized, whole-person approach to treatment, blending hands-on therapy, exercise, education, and practical lifestyle strategies. She enjoys helping clients better understand their bodies, build confidence, and get back to the activities that matter most to them.

Physiotherapy Initial Assessment

An initial physiotherapy assessment involves a comprehensive evaluation of your condition, including a detailed history, physical examination, and tests to assess movement, strength, and function, leading to a personalized treatment plan.
