Kristen has always had a passion for helping people. She graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2012. She has taken many additional courses such as Pregnancy Massage, Sports Therapies, Cupping, RockTape, RockBlades and RockFloss and is a Labour Attending RMT. Kristen has recently finished her diploma in Manual Osteopathy in 2022. She has been teaching students at Prairie College of Massage Therapy in Regina since October 2023 and has been supervising the students in student clinic since May 2023. Her roll here has been very rewarding. She love teaching as it also helps her to learn things that are new in the massage field as well as refresh her memory on other areas that are less used. Kristen does treatment based on assessment. Massage is typically therapeutic and is results driven and can be customized to your body’s needs. Manual Osteopathy is also very results orientated. Investigative assessment is involved so the source of the dysfunction is treated which may or may not be the area that causing pain. When you book an appointment with Kristen your treatment may involve all or one of the modalities she has studied. She looks forward to helping you in your healing journey!
