Flavia earned her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2013, five years after leaving her home country of Romania. Since then, she has built a career dedicated to restoring mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing the quality of life for patients of all ages. She takes great pride in helping individuals regain function as efficiently as possible. Her assessments incorporate the NeuroKinetic Technique, followed by a range of treatments tailored to each client. These include hands-on soft tissue release, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, kinesiotaping, and conventional modalities such as ultrasound, shockwave therapy and interferential current. Each session is complemented by personalized home exercises designed to support recovery and long-term wellness. Flavia is also trained in Vestibular Rehabilitation (BPPV) and brings extensive experience in post-operative care for knee and hip replacements. She firmly believes that as the body ages, physical activity becomes even more essential. Under proper supervision, she encourages incorporating strength training and heavier weightlifting to maintain vitality and resilience. Outside the clinic, Flavia finds joy in nature—whether hiking forest trails, taking long walks, playing tennis, or gardening. Her passion for movement in natural settings deeply influences her therapeutic philosophy, blending clinical expertise with a holistic appreciation for active living.
