209, 214 11th ave SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 0X8

Stephanie was born and raised in Northwestern Ontario. In 2008, she moved to Calgary for a change and then stayed for the mountains. Stephanie graduated from the 2200hr program at MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy and has worked at Hands On Massage Therapy since 2020. First hand experience with the positive effects of massage therapy drew her to the field but working one on one with clients to make change and promote wellness is what drives her. She enjoys incorporating active stretching into her treatments and showing her clients what they can do these at home to ensure they can take care of themselves between treatments. When not in the clinic, Stephanie can be found sharing her love of outdoors with her son, taking on a new project in the garage or volunteering for various organizations throughout the city. She is well versed in sports, deep tissue, dynamic cupping, relaxation/wellness massage and Ayurvedic therapy.

An Ayurvedic Foot Massage can relax the nervous system, balance energy, relieve pain and increase blood and lymph circulation. It helps with the detoxification of the body and may also help to bring about an improvement in physical and emotional ailments. Your therapist will start with a ~10-15 minute head/neck or shoulder treatment followed by a full Ayurvedic foot treatment. This is a relaxation treatment using light to moderate pressure along with a Kasa or copper bowl.
