Jett Koshowski was born and raised in Ontario, where he spent his whole life before moving to Nova Scotia. He began playing sports from a young age, spending much of his youth in hockey rinks, volleyball courts, and rugby fields. This background in athletics led him to the massage therapy program at Sir Sandford Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario in 2022. After graduating in 2025, he worked as a registered massage therapist at Definitive Chiropractic and Ste. Anne's Spa before starting a new chapter of his life and career here in Halifax. What drives him in his career is the desire to learn, and to make a difference in people's lives. To him, the key ingredients to effective care are getting to know and understand who you're working with, finding the true source of the problem with thorough assessment, and educating patients with exercises and even smaller, day-to-day changes that will have a lasting impact on their bodies.
