Kimberly Reaves is a licensed massage therapist of more than 24 years. She is honored to be a part of the massage industry and her clients’ healing journey. Working with “hands-on” therapies has exposed her to a deeper understand her clients’ needs and how to help them. Studying a wide variety of modalities has equipped her with knowledge and tools to greatly improve each and every session. Due to personal injuries, she understands pain and trauma. This has guided her to specialize in those areas. Her goal is to help reduce pain, tension and stress as well as offering hope through her healin experiences!
Massage
Medical Massage is a form of manual therapy focused on specific "medical" issues, including: Migraine, Neck/back pain, frozen shoulder, Low back/hip pain, Carpel Tunnel, etc. A variety of modalities are used to address the issue. This can include: Deep Tissue, Massage Cupping, Gua Sha, Myofascial Release, Active Isolated Stretching, Scar Tissue Therapy, Sports Massage and Aromatherapy. The goal is to reduce pain, relax the nervous system and regain movement.
Lymphatic Drainage
Take time to destress while reducing toxins and clearing lymphatic blockages BEFORE surgery. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a gentle massage technique that is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymphatic system, increase immune response while reducing inflammation. 1-4 sessions prior to a scheduled surgery can help enhance lymphatic circulation, reduce toxic load, help prevent complications and speed recovery outcomes.
