Linda-Mari is a South African physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Stellenbosch, where she played netball and volunteered at various sporting events. After graduation she worked in private practice, hospital and rural clinic settings, where the majority of her caseload was musculoskeletal, post-operative and paediatric cardiorespiratory conditions. In 2018 Linda-Mari moved to Kuwait where she worked in a multidisciplinary clinic along with therapists from more than 14 countries. The exposure to different treatment methodologies and ideas within such a diverse and integrated practice broadened her critical thinking skills and approach. She recently completed a course in pelvic health and incontinence in women, and will be able to assist women of all ages in addressing the different factors that contribute to their incontinence. Linda-Mari believes in finding individualised treatment solutions that work best for each patient, and uses a combination of manual therapy, exercise and dry needling.
