I specialize in Swedish and deep tissue massage, integrating deep relaxation techniques and breathwork to support both physical and emotional ease. A grounded, safe environment is the foundation of my practice. From there, we can work through areas of tension together–we can soothe overworked muscles, encourage nervous system regulation, and then exhale into that recovered space. My background is in biology, with an affinity for anatomy and physiology. I’m a proud nerd who is endlessly awed by the resilience of our bodies, and the mystery of healing. My work blends technical precision with intuition, allowing you to experience meaningful relief and restoration.
