Eilisha is taking new patients! She is able to do direct billing through most extended insurance providers. If you do not have extended benefits, please email Eilisha for information on her sliding scale billing options! In order to avoid late-cancellation fees, please give at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes/ cancellations so that we can fit in people from the busy waitlist.
