Jess has additional training with the jaw. Jess graduated from University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology before completing her Master’s of Physiotherapy. She has a love for all things health and wellness and is eager to share this passion with her clients. Jess has special interests in the areas of manual therapy (hands on therapy), exercise prescription, and assessment and treatment of jaw disorders. In her free time, Jess enjoys leading an active lifestyle by going on frequent nature walks and attending weekly yoga classes. She is also proud to be a part of a local Israeli cultural dance group that performs around the city. Her experience and passion with yoga and dance along with her active lifestyle inform her physiotherapy approach which emphasizes holistic wellness and movement as essential components of rehabilitation. Jess strives to empower clients to restore balance, strength, and mobility while fostering a mind-body connection that promotes sustainable healing and overall well-being.
