Born and raised in St. John’s Newfoundland, Colin attended Memorial University before obtaining his Masters of Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. Colin has an extensive background in athletic pursuits, having played a wide variety of team sports at a competitive level before transitioning to athletics. His recent interests lie in road running and triathlon. Colin is passionate about client-centered care and exercise-based rehabilitation. He uses his educational, professional, and personal experiences in the world of sports and performance to inform his practice. Outside of athletic rehabilitation, Colin has a background in various clinical settings including post-surgical, long-term care, and chronic pain management. Regardless of client background, Colin believes strongly in individualizing care. He strives to work collaboratively with patients and empower them throughout the process to achieve their personal rehabilitation goals. Colin tailors techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and education to provide pain relief and improve function.
