Hi, Im Jesse, licensed massage therapist and owner of Restoration Massage Therapy, located inside Purenergy Fitness Studio. My work focuses on chronic pain relief through a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware approach. Many of my clients come in feeling frustrated by ongoing pain, tension, or stress that hasnt responded well to more aggressive one-size-fits-all treatments. My approach is different. It's slower, more intentional, and focused on helping the body feel safe enough to let go of tension and pain. My goal is to help the body feel safe enough to soften, release, and recover, not to push it past its limits. I specialize in working with chronic pain, stress-related tension, and nervous system overwhelm, while also supporting clients with acute injuries or those simply seeking deep, restorative care. Sessions are always collaborative, intentional, and tailored to what your body is communicating that day.
