As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I pride myself on offering a comprehensive range of massage techniques to cater to your unique needs. My specialties include deep tissue, trigger point release, Swedish relaxation, percussive therapy, cupping, sports massage, and much more. With a strong focus on the cranial, neck, and shoulder regions, I am well-equipped to address intricate and complex issues, having experienced and dealt with similar ailments myself during my younger days. Having been born and raised in a small farming town in California, I had an early fascination with physical activity which led me into gymnastics and tumbling from the age of 3. This passion propelled me to become a national competitive gymnast for 13 years, affording me the opportunity to travel the United States and gain valuable experiences. After a long and successful career in gymnastics, I pursued coaching for 13 years, while searching for a fulfilling career in the medical and health fields. In 2019, I joined a prestigious Upper cervical chiropractic office in Washington State, which was a life-changing experience for me. Having suffered from migraines due to a neck injury from gymnastics, I was able to find a delicate balance of chiropractic, massage, and craniosacral treatment that finally freed me from my pain and suffering. This powerful and transformative journey inspired me to become a licensed massage therapist and soon-to-be trained craniosacral therapist. My mission is to show that there are alternative ways to achieve optimal health, through basic body maintenance and care, and I'm passionate about helping my clients to feel their best. With a strong belief in listening to our bodies and an unwavering commitment to providing an exceptional experience, I'm thrilled at the prospect of meeting you and look forward to our session together.
**THIS IS NOT A RELAXATION MASSAGE**Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Usually cupping and scraping is included.
