Andy Holsteen is a licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer and martial artist. He completed his massage training at The New School for Massage and 200-hour yoga teacher training at Chi Town Shakti – both in Chicago. As a bodyworker, Andy focuses on myofascial release techniques, muscle activation and mental relaxation. These techniques and modalities have helped him recover from injury and alleviate chronic back pain – inspiring him to learn and offer them to others. In sessions Andy creates a calming and safe environment through slow, methodical movement that encourages physical and mental release. He has helped many people in their healing journeys and hopes to be an important part of yours.
