Carmen is a certified Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) She provides evidence-based therapeutic care with an empathetic approach, focusing on long-term wellness and functional recovery. She specializes in nervous system regulation and advanced stress management, designing customized care plans to target chronic pain and stress, tension headaches, and sports injury recovery. By integrating relaxation and traditional Swedish massage, Carmen helps the body transition out of chronic stress into natural healing. For targeted relief, she combines thorough orthopedic assessments with deep tissue therapy, myofascial techniques, trigger point release, and manual lymph drainage.
