Medical Massage is prescribed by a physician and a physician's referral is required. Your insurance may be billed for your massage this way. Medical massage is a massage in which as goal is meant to be achieved, such as migraines improve by 50% after 16 treatments. It is not a relaxing "spa" type treatment. It is meant for those who have a diagnosis and want to improve their health.
