My first experience with chiropractic happened when I was 16 years old. I started seeing a chiropractor due to re-occurring knee pain due to years spent figure skating, and that I had not been able to resolve using other methods. After my first adjustment, my knee pain went away, as well as the regular headaches I suffered from on a weekly basis. I continued to regularly see a chiropractor as I went on to practice as a dental assistant for 12 years. I decided to become a chiropractor because I wanted to do more to help the people around me. I love being able to help people feel better and do the things they want to do, and live the life they want. When I am not in the office, you can find me on the trails hiking and mountain biking, or hanging out on the couch reading a book.
