I am a Licensed Acupuncturist with a Master’s degree in Chinese Medicine and have been serving clients in Minneapolis since 2018, primarily in the East Harriet neighborhood. I grew up in a small town in Minnesota, where I first developed a lifelong interest in natural healing, herbal medicine, and traditional approaches to wellness. My practice is rooted in a whole-person, individualized approach to care, combining classical Chinese medicine with a range of advanced bodywork and energy-based therapies. My additional training includes the HART method of Maya Abdominal Therapy, craniosacral therapy, Reiki, Qi Gong, facial acupuncture, and microneedling. This integrative background allows me to support clients in addressing both acute concerns and long-standing patterns of imbalance in the body. I am passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where people can reconnect with their health, restore balance, and feel more at home in their bodies. Outside of my practice, I live in Bryn Mawr with my partner and our dogs. I enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, solving puzzles, watching films, and traveling to warm places whenever I can
