After working for the power company for ten years I had a life changing experience with tick-borne illness and decided to change careers. After discovering some of the very positive healing benefits of massage, I was inspired to go to massage school. I am grateful for the journey that has brought me where I am today and am also grateful for opportunities to help others. In my personal time I enjoy spending time with my kids, playing guitar, woodworking, music, coffee, high voltage experiments, and charcuterie. I'm looking forward to growing my massage therapy business and also starting a woodcraft business in the future.
Whether you have stress, tension, pain, or just need to relax, every massage is customized based on the needs of each individual client. I will often use a combination of modalities intended to meet your needs which can include Swedish, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point, and myofascial release. During each session clients have the option to have percussion massage gun work, aromatherapy, personal music selection, and visually appealing light projection.
