Cheryl is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong passion for the human body and helping people through injury recovery. Originally from Nova Scotia, Cheryl spent her university days in St. John’s Newfoundland where she completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology (Co-operative) Honours degree at Memorial University. After graduation she continued her education by completing a diploma of Massage Therapy at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy where she also graduated with honours. Cheryl’s approach to massage therapy includes a combination of relaxation-based techniques and targeted therapeutic treatments that are personalized to each client and may include a variety of modalities such as cupping, gua sha or myofascial release. Cheryl is always looking to expand her knowledge so that she can provide clients with the most effective treatment and get them back to doing what they love.
