I am deeply invested in the “why” behind your physical discomfort. My goal is to resolve issues efficiently by identifying the small daily habits that impact your long-term comfort. After finding that standard, repetitive routines were too limiting, I dedicated my practice to understanding the unique tendencies of the human body. I transitioned into Massage Therapy to move away from “rote” sequences and into targeted, evidence-informed care. Whether I am decompressing a complex shoulder issue or providing Advanced TMJ (including Intra-oral) Therapy, I approach every treatment with the same strategic care I would want for myself. Having navigated my own recovery journey following a motor vehicle accident in 2023, I understand the profound impact of a well-rounded clinical approach. While my primary focus is clinical massage, my perspective is informed by a broad appreciation for holistic wellness, ensuring that the “body on my table” receives a session tailored to its specific needs. Originally from the “Swan City” of Stratford, Ontario, I’ve happily traded the theater stage for the healing spaces of Grande Prairie. I am a self-proclaimed foodie, a “Mash-venture” storyteller, and a dedicated fan of Doctor Who and Star Trek. When I’m not exploring a new curiosity, you can find me practicing photography, enjoying a steam sauna, or planning my next gourmet, disc golf, RV adventure. Inquiry-based care for a more comfortable life: moving beyond the routine to target the cause!

Our most requested duration for balanced clinical care. Utilizing our adjustable hydraulic table, we focus on spinal alignment and muscle tension. This session typically allows the practitioner to address two to three related areas (e.g., the full back, neck, and shoulders) with enough time for a proper assessment and home-care recommendations.
