Announcement: I will be away from June 1st - June 8th Calvin believes in a balanced approach to his work. His methodology aims to be as precise and effective as possible. He has been investigating the world of biomechanics, strength and functional training, rehab, body awareness, mobility, and holistic health for well over a decade now. He has a background in Neuroscience and Psychology from UofT (HBSc.), and a graduate from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage. His continuing studies have lead him into the world of Thai Massage, Wuo Tai (rooted in classical Osteopathy), as well as many different approaches to conditioning and movement.
