I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2010. I graduated from Boca Beauty Academy in Boca Raton, Florida. My modalities include but not limited to Swedish, Deep tissue, Stretch therapy, some Myofascia release, and currently studying Gua Sha. Massage therapy is one of my passions, and I'm continuously educating myself on new modalities.
Swedish (traditional) style uses firm, gentle pressure to relax and reduce muscular tension. Your therapist will use oil or cream to apply five basic massage strokes (effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration, and tapotement).
