Dr. Elise Ager is an Acupuncturist and Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine who graduated from the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CITCM) in 2023. She incorporates her understanding of athletics and movement into holistic treatment to support strength, recovery, and performance. With a background in fitness, Dr. Elise holds her CrossFit Level 1 certification and currently coaches at Barracks Fitness. Her hands-on experience with athletes in class lends itself well to the treatment room, helping to manage/mitigate pain, build resilience, and improve capacity. While Dr. Elise loves to treat sports injury with a local approach, she also uses the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine to regulate the body to improve things such as sleep, digestion, headaches, mental well-being, menstrual health, and so much more. Outside of the clinic, Elise enjoys skiing, hiking, scrapbooking, reading, and quality time with her dog…. oh, and fitness.

This appointment includes a treatment which can include acupuncture, cupping, and/or Gua Sha (scraping) based off of your needs.
