Ashley graduated from Durham College (DC) in June 2024 with honours. Since becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Ashley has remained committed to growing her knowledge and skills to ensure each client receives quality care tailored to their individual needs and goals. During her academic training at DC, she gained valuable hands-on experience working with diverse populations, including individuals in addiction recovery, cancer patients, seniors, athletes, and in spa settings. Ashley is skilled in a range of treatment styles, including therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial cupping, and hot stone massage, applying each modality to address pain, muscle tension, and overall wellness. When working with Ashley, her priority is to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel cared for while being guided toward the importance of massage therapy and self-care.
