Tiffany is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated from York University with her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Science with Honours. While she has experience working with high level athletes ages 16 and up, she has also worked with clients of all ages with a variety of cognitive and physical disabilities. Tiffany loves to integrate manual therapy (hands-on), therapeutic modalities, a strong exercise prescription, and patient education to provide a well-rounded, holistic treatment approach to address the root cause not just the symptoms. She is an avid learner and always looking to build on her skills, so she works collaboratively with other therapists to ensure her patients are getting the highest quality of treatment they all deserve.
