Titan Project Physiotherapy

6 and 7, 2628 Beverly Street, Duncan, BC, V9L 5C7

Dog dad to “Queen Mila” and “One-brain-cell Roo.” Physiotherapist. Avid hiker, and someone who loves sports and challenges. Prefer tea and can’t stand the taste of coffee. On a journey of becoming a speedy runner and learning to climb, among other things. Has a chronic habit of tackling DIY projects that he should probably leave to others. If his white shirt is still white it’s because he hasn’t worn it yet. Jeremy is a new physiotherapist joining the team (as you can tell from the image on the right, he is pretty great). He was born and raised in Ottawa and is now making the move from Prince George to the Cowichan Valley where he will start off his career, aiming to help others while continuing his professional development. He has previously worked as a fitness coach and has an “exercise and education first” approach to things, using other techniques as support. He believes our mind is a valuable tool at our disposal that we can use to improve both our mental and physical health.
