I grew up in Port Coquitlam and did my undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at UBC Okanagan and then moved to Toronto to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic degree. I love going to the gym, running and spending my spare time with my friends and family. My treatment approach as a chiropractor integrates targeted soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, and manipulations to restore optimal movement and reduce pain. I emphasize active rehabilitation strategies to help patients build strength, improve function, and prevent future injuries, focusing on personalized care that supports long-term wellness and performance I have a special interest in treating low back pain, shoulder pain, sports injuries and supporting seniors in staying mobile and independent.
