As a 2017 graduate of Wellington College, Claire believes in the science behind massage and its therapeutic outcomes! With trainings in basic fascial manipulation, rib mobilization and spa, a flow of therapeutic and relaxation massage is the goal in our treatments together. Having training in Graston technique (level 1) - further tissue manipulation, scar tissue release, and adaptations to assessment can be added for treatment benefit. Working with and improving the connective tissue that supports and adapts to our daily living is the goal of our treatments - together! Take a minute and experience massage! Healing is a hands-on experience.

60 Minute Relaxation Massage
RelaxationSwedish

This massage begins with a general/verbal assessment keeping the client’s lifestyle and complaint in mind. The main purpose is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It helps shorten recovery times from muscular strain by flushing the tissue of lactic acid, uric acid and other metabolic wastes. Swedish massage also stretches the ligaments and tendons keeping them subtle and pliable and stimulates the skin and nervous system. It reduces both emotional and physical stress.
