Daniel holds a Bachelors in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia, and is a registered Kinesiologist under the BCAK. In addition, he is also a registered practitioner of Fascial Stretch Therapy, completing his FST-1 certification with the Stretchtowin Institute. As well, Daniel is an NCCP-1 certified Olympic Weightlifting coach who develops athletes to compete at Weightlifting events. Daniel prides himself with having the versatility to work with clients from all walks of life, and has over 5 years of experience working with many people of varying backgrounds including but not limited to youth, athletes, office workers, as well as the aging population. He is passionate about integrating different techniques and developing strong and athletic individuals regardless of their background. His goal for each of his clients is to foster healthy and enjoyable habits to promote an active lifestyle. Outside of the clinic, youll find Daniel training to be a national level Karate athlete, while also competing in Olympic Weightlifting, or on a rest day, you might catch him hanging out with his 2 cats at home!
